In today’s episode, I talk about how stress is affecting your life and what are some things you can do to help manage it.

Stress is everywhere so it’s not about getting rid of it, but noticing what we can control and what habits we can change to assist with stress management.

For most of my clients struggling to lose weight, it was actually stress that turned out to be the number one reason why they struggled so much.
