Ep 5: Defusing Negative Thoughts

In this episode, I talk about why negative thoughts are an important spectrum in the human brain, however at some point they can become controlling.

I will give you some techniques to defuse negative thoughts like “I am not good enough” or “life sucks”.

These techniques will allow you to take a step back from your thoughts and simply allow them to pass without having to get rid of or control them.
