Ep 16: What do you need to let go of?

In today’s episode, I talk about things you might be holding onto that’s getting in the way of you moving forward.

What is weighing you down and stopping you from moving forward? Is it old goals that don’t align with you anymore? Is It anger/resentment that’s creating negative energy within you? Or is it limiting beliefs that are stopping you from getting what you want? If you are carrying around any of this emotional baggage it will be weighing you down in internal stress which makes it impossible to lose weight!

Grab a pen and paper and write down your thoughts on the questions I ask.

With most of my clients, I find the common things they need to let go of are:

  • living their life to the expectations of others
  • need for validation from others
  • feeling the need to control everything
  • constant self-doubt
  • fear of failing
