My name is Kiara Johnson, I’m a certified NLP practitioner, Hypnotherapist and  Health Coach. I help self-conscious women to lose weight and love their bodies.

I am on a mission to inspire people to become the best version of themselves. To be the best version you need to truly love the person you are on the inside, to change the outside!

  • 6 x 60 min 1:1 coaching sessions, either face to face or over the phone, where we will uncover what has been holding you back and create a clear plan to bridge the gap of where you currently are to where you want to be.
  • NLP and hypnotherapy techniques to assist you in letting go of unwanted negative emotions that have been holding you back.
  • Personalised advice.
  • 6 weeks of support including unlimited email support between sessions.
  • A follow up call one month after your last coaching session to check on your progress.
