We all have the same fear, that deep down we aren’t good enough. Now, this isn’t true of course. It’s a story we tell ourselves.
We were born good enough, we didn’t have to do anything when we were a baby. Somewhere along the line, something happened in our lives that created a story of not being good enough. As we get older this can manifest into something bigger and we end up self-sabotaging.
Here are some questions to ask yourself:
- Are you confident in your body?
- Are you confident in yourself?
- Are you truly able to be who you desire without judgment or comparison?
If you answered no to any of these questions, please give this episode a listen. The emotional state around how we feel in our body plays a huge role in what we eat and how we approach exercise. Things can be different, it all starts with awareness.
