How do you feel about creating acceptance within yourself and your body?
When I first started my business 5 years ago, I struggled to put into words how I helped my clients. The obvious thing I helped my clients with was weight loss, however, we never spoke about diet or exercise, it was all about mindset.
I started to say I helped women love their bodies from the inside out. But then I started to think well I actually don’t love my body from the inside out, and I began to question whether that was something I even wanted to achieve. The concept of completely loving your body seemed so unattainable. What felt more important to me (and what I wanted to help my clients with) was creating a compassionate relationship with myself and my body. With that came acceptance.
