We all have those times in our lives when we feel stuck – whether it be feeling stuck with our career, job, relationship, home life etc. Whatever it is, you are not alone! We all go through these phases at different points in our life. The most important thing is to recognise we are not alone and to have compassion for ourselves when we are going through it. If we shame ourselves for feeling this way then it will only create a vicious cycle of not feeling good enough.
