Everyone is doing the best they can with the resources they have available. No one is a bad person, they’re behaviour might be bad, however, they are not bad themselves. Behaviour is geared towards adaptation and present behaviours are the best choice available.
For women who are ready to embrace self-confidence, let go of guilt and consciously make changes that allow them to live the healthy & happy life that they know is possible.
